Tilray Inc is a Canadian pharmaceutical company specialising in the production of cannabis. It has offices in Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Portugal and Latin America.

In December 2020, the company announced a merger with Aphria.

In 2018, Tilray Inc went public on the NASDAQ and Toronto exchanges, becoming the only publicly traded cannabis company. On the first day of trading, the shares price was $17, then after a few months, their value increased to $214 and then dropped again to $29 by August 2019.
