Stitch Fix Inc is an American online service that acts as a personal stylist for a fixed fee. Thanks to special algorithms and analysis of data from social networks, a personalized selection of clothes for the client is provided, depending on his budget, size and style.

After receiving the parcel with the clothes, the buyer has three days to keep all the goods or return some of them. If the buyer has at least one item left, the initial fee for the application services is counted towards the cost of this item. In addition to the accrued flat fee, if the customer chooses to keep all five handpicked items, they receive a 25% discount on their total cost.

The company was founded in 2011 and conducted an initial public offering in 2017 with an estimate of $1.6 billion. During 2018, SFIX.O had sales of over $1 billion, and in June 2020, 3.4 million clients were registered.
