On March 25, 2019, McDonald’s announced the purchase of an Israeli IT startup Dynamic Yield Ltd, which deals with artificial intelligence technologies. The deal is called the largest corporation in the history of the last 20 years.

Almost 100% of the company's shares are in free circulation. Today this brand is listed on the NYSE and its name is firmly established in our life.
