In later time, Deutsche Börse AG calculates the L-DAX (Late DAX), which is an indicator of the DAX development after the exchange closes. The calculation of L-DAX is made on the basis of stock prices on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange every business day from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm Central European Time. Also, DAX Performance Index affects significantly the dynamics of European currency fluctuations. Today this index is listed on the Deutsche Börse and its course is subject to the observations of many traders in the world.
